Parent-Teacher Conference sign-ups occur online for all students. All parents should have a username and password to the Veracross database system – if you have not received or have lost this information, feel free to contact Jennifer Dohan by email (jdohan@ridgefieldacademy.org) or by phone (ext. 102).
The next round of Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on February 1-3, 2012. Sign-ups will be opened online on Tuesday, January 24 beginning at approximately 9:30am. You will not be able to sign up for a conference before that time. Detailed instructions on how to sign up for a conferences can be found here. Once conference scheduling has been opened on January 24, you will be able to access the Veracross Portal by clicking on Parent Portal.
Please note that because Thursday, February 2, and Friday, February 3 are early dismissal days, After-Care will not be provided. All students must be either sent home on the bus or picked up at dismissal time – this applies even if you have scheduled an early conference, as there is no childcare from 12:30-1:00 p.m. Please check the RA Weekly for updates regarding babysitting options by the Class of 2012 during conferences.
