Peanut/Tree Nut Aware School

Due to the unusually large number of students enrolled in our program with allergies to peanuts/tree nuts, we are asking parents to refrain from bringing in products containing peanuts or tree nuts to school. In the Main Office, there is a list of alternative foods to help you choose lunches and snacks that will keep all of our students safe and healthy.

Before-Care/After-Care Program

You must be a registered user to utilize either the Before-Care or After-Care program and forms are available in our Main Office. Our Before-Care program begins at 7:45 am while After-Care begins right after your  child's school day ends and is available until 5:30 pm. A late fee will be incurred for children not picked up by 5:30 pm.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

We will continue with our assisted morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up for our Three, Four, and Five year olds for the 2010/2011 school year. All Two year olds must be escorted into their classroom by a parent. In an effort to accommodate parking for the Two year old program, drop-off for this age group will begin after the Fours and Fives drop-off completion at 8:45 a.m. If you are a parent of a Three, Four, or Five-year-old arriving after 8:45 am, you will need to park in the parking space facing the classrooms and escort your child into his/her classroom.

Parents have been provided a namecard(s) with your child(ren)’s name that is color coded by teacher for the dashboard of your vehicle that should be displayed at all times. Please refer to your Parent/Student Handbook for your designated drop-off and pick-up times and any other questions you may have.

In an effort to keep our campus safe, please be mindful of the following:
  • If you plan to come in and pick-up your child, kindly turn off your car and do not leave it idling.
  • Please make note of the entrances and exits, both driveways are one-directional.
  • For everyone's safety, please drive slowly when in the parking lot.
Hot Lunch
Beginning Tuesday, October 5th, the Hot Lunch program will begin. Forms are coming home today and tomorrow in the your child's backpack. If you are interested, please fill out the form and return to your child's teacher with appropriate payment.
