Books-as-Gifts Program
	The Books-as-Gifts Program is designed to put new books on the shelves of the RA library all year long. Our aim is to give the whole RA community ready access to the most up-to-date literature and build a better library. Parents, grandparents, and friends can purchase a new book -- chosen from a list compiled by RA’s librarian, Mrs. G -- in honor of a child’s birthday, teacher appreciation day, or other event.  The book will be labeled with a dedication bookplate and the child and the book will be recognized on our “giving tree,” which will bloom all year long outside the library in the Summit Building.  Books may be purchased for $25 each or five for $100.  Simply fill out the Books as Gifts Form, specify the dedication(s) you’d like printed in the book(s), and send in a check made payable to Ridgefield Academy, with “Books-as-Gifts” as a note.  You will be contacted to choose the specific books you wish to donate after the school year begins.   Thank you, in advance, for helping build our library....and our school!
