School Make-Up Days
We have scheduled two additional days to the calendar as "make-up" days.  Monday, April 25th was originally scheduled to be a school holiday for our students and a Professional Development day for Landmark teachers and staff.  It will now be a regular school day for all students, teachers and staff.  However, if your child does not regularly attend school on Mondays, he/she will not attend on the 25th.  In addition to April 25th, we have also added Wednesday, June 15th to the calendar.  If your child usually attends school on Wednesdays, then June 15th will be his/her last day of school!

Martial Arts Club
We have arranged for make-up sessions for the Martial Arts classes that were missed due to our extraordinary winter!  The make-up sessions will be held on the alternate day of the week that your child does not attend.  For example, if your childs martial arts session day is Tuesday you may arrange for a make-up on a Thursday.  If your child attends on a Thursday you can arrange for a make-up on a Tuesday.   All make-ups must be scheduled by calling the main office in advance of the day that you wish for your child to attend a make-up.  Please note that the Tuesday martial arts classes have TWO days that can be made up and the Thursday classes have ONE day to be made up.

Summer Camp at Landmark!
Our summer camp packet was sent home via backpack last week! If you did not receive one, please stop by our main office or you can download the information via our website. We have many fun activities planned for each and every week so check your calendars and reserve your child's spot.  Any registrations received by April 15th will have the $50 registration fee waived.

Family Portraits
Would you love to have a family picture taken now that spring has arrived? Look no further than Peter Friedman! You have probably noticed his beautiful portraits decorating our Main Office! Peter Friedman is now offering a preschool special that includes a free portrait sitting with an 8x10 framed portrait and a $100 donation to Landmark! Flyers were sent home last week via your childs backpack. If you need more information we still have flyers available in the Main Office or you can contact Peter directly at 203-227-4595.
Pictures of the Week
The Threes classes had a special visitor that came in and shared his job as a firefighter. Thank you Mr. Czarnecki!
Dinosaurs Rock!

Our Fours classes got a special treat last week. Dinosaurs Rock came to visit and brought along a bunch of dinosaur fossils and other prehistoric things like: dinosaur eggs, footprints, skulls, 9 foot tall Mastodon Leg, as well as a "dinosaur dig".
