RA ALUM ENJOYS CONTINUED SUCCESS IN PERFORMING ARTS
The visual and performing arts are an important piece of the curriculum at Ridgefield Academy. It is one that encourages students to express their creativity and stretch their imagination for the purpose of building confidence and promoting self discovery and growth.

That passion for performing arts was developed by one of our alums during her time as a student at RA. Eliza Heaton, RA’16 discovered that she loved performing, acting, and singing and she will be the first to admit that it was RA’s commitment to the program that allowed her to find and develop her talent. Her love of musical theater flourished at RA so much so that it became a deciding factor when the time came for her to choose a secondary school. Eliza chose King School, where she is currently a junior, as it has a strong emphasis on theater and musical productions and has had great success there in pursuing her dream. Eliza’s voice was featured singing the song Happy in King’s Holiday video this year. What a great moment for members of the RA community to see how much she has grown in something she loves that all started here at RA.
