Welcome To Our Ridgefield Campus!

The Summit Building is home to Landmark Preschool and our Lower School learning communities for Grades 1 - 3. Students are greeted warmly each day by teachers as they drive up to school.
Turner Hall is home to the celebration of theatrical productions, band performances, assemblies, concerts, and lectures.
Our library offers young readers many choices to explore the joy of reading.
The light and airy lobby of the Summit Building features beautiful artwork creations made by students over the years.
The kitchen Lab offers students an opportunity to explore the science of cooking and baking in a dedicated space.
The organic garden offers our students additional opportunities for outdoor learning.
Character development happens in the classroom, on the field, and in all areas of school life.
Close teacher-student relationships are important to the learning process at RA.
Every student learns to play an instrument at Ridgefield Academy and experiences the joy of group performance.
Our athletic fields are beautifully maintained and offer some of the best views in Ridgefield.
Graduation Garden is where our all-school graduation ceremony is held each June.
The lower fields are also home to the Lower School campout each September - a favorite RA tradition.
Our Lower School science lab is filled with equipment to engage students in learning and stimulate ideas.
Our playspace for older students offers areas for physical challenge and socializing.
RA's technology program offers students hands-on experiences in coding to prepare them for skills needed in their future.
Students enjoy outdoor learning by the organic garden.
RA enjoys the gift of space and we often take learning outdoors on our beautiful 42 acre campus.
Overlooking the hills of Westchester County, our turf field provides an outstanding surface for field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, flag football, and physical education activities.
RA students enjoy spring while learning outside near the Summit Building.

Students are challenged to become inventors, problem-solvers, and idea-generators in our technology classes.
Students engaged in creative learning in the Kitchen Lab
Students enjoy gathering in The Bridge where classroom discussions, study sessions, or brainstorming meetings take place.
Students in Grades 4 - 8 engage in science lab activities to further their hands-on learning of the sciences.
Students in Grades 6 - 8 are invited to participate in the spring musical.
The art room for students in Grades 4 - 8 features a pottery wheel, computers, and plenty of materials for creative exploration.
The Bridge offers students opportunities to explore technology, animation, 3D printing, coding, robotics, and so much more.
The Bridge is RA's 6,500 square foot technology center.
The climbing wall helps students build confidence and gross motor skills while they overcome challenges.
The gymnasium offers ample space for students to engage in physical education activities and challenge themselves through competitive sports.
The Harkness Table ensures that all students have a voice and a presence in discussions.
The Little Bridge technology center allows Lower School students to explore animation, video creation, and so much more!.
The Lynch House is home to Grades 4 - 8 and includes our head of school residence.
The performing arts help our students build confidence, public speaking skills, empathy, poise, and joyful creative expression.
Turner Hall offers an intimate space for assemblies, performances, and gatherings.
