MEDICAL INFORMATION

In our efforts to comply with HIPAA and FERPA rules and guidelines, RA | LP has partnered with Magnus Health to fully encrypt and digitize our health records system.

Having a one-record system allows RA | LP to maintain and store health records securely and confidentially. As this is a web-based system, you will have continuous access to your child(ren)’s health record(s) and the ability to make updates when needed. You can access your Magnus Health account at any time through the Patriot Portal. 

Please note: Health information is required for each child attending RA | LP, and must be completed prior to the first day of school or your child will be unable to attend.
