The Vision
For 50 years, RA|LP has grown thoughtfully to create exceptional environments for learning, play, and connection. As we look to the next 50 years, our campus must evolve to meet the needs of the students we are preparing for the future.
Our vision is to create a vibrant, unified campus center—a traffic-free heart of campus designed for outdoor learning, all-school gatherings, play, reflection, and connection. By rerouting campus traffic, we will create a welcoming space where students can move safely and confidently, relationships can flourish, milestones can be celebrated, and our community can come together as one.
This transformed campus will strengthen connections across divisions, deepen students’ sense of belonging, and bring to life what has always been at the heart of the RA|LP experience: our community.
