Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is a tax-deductible opportunity for parents, alumni, grandparents, past parents, and friends to support outstanding teaching and learning--what takes place in our classrooms every day.

Each year, we appeal to all members of the RA community to make an investment in the Academy's current students with a gift to the Annual Fund. Revenue from the Annual Fund is generally unrestricted and is used to fund current operations based on the areas of greatest need.

Make A Gift

Your participation, not the size of your gift, is what is most important. Depending on individual financial circumstances, contributions range from $25 to $10,000 or more. A high rate of participation is an important measure of the breadth of concern and involvement by the RA community, and decisions by foundations and corporations to fund non-profit organizations such as RA are positively influenced by strong, broad support. We ask that every member of the RA community give as generously as possible within his or her means. Ridgefield Academy adheres to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education's (CASE) Statement of Ethics and Donor Bill of Rights.

RA Grandparents' Society

Ridgefield Academy has formed a Grandparents’ Society as a way for grandparents to support the Academy in honor of a grandchild, special teacher or other member of our school community. We are sincerely grateful to the numerous grandparents who continue to support our school. Your participation in our Annual Fund is greatly appreciated! As we are such a young school, we do not enjoy a great deal of support from our alumni, and grandparents serve as the “alumni” of our school community. Thanks to your support, we can continue to offer a robust program to our students.
