Enrichment Clubs

Landmark Preschool is pleased to offer a variety of recreational after-school clubs. After-school clubs are subject to change from session to session in response to student, parent, and teacher interests. These clubs are optional (additional fees apply) and are available to students in the 3s and 4s and are filled on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is encouraged, as many of our more popular clubs fill quickly.

Please note, parents are responsible for entering their child’s club dismissal details in Veracross. Teachers and staff use this information to create dismissal lists. In addition, club refunds will only be granted up until the second club meeting date and will be prorated based on attendance.

Stealth & Strategy (Monday)

Dive into the world where karate meets ninja stealth! In just eight weeks, not only will you grasp foundational karate techniques, but you'll also embrace the ninja spirit. Train, meditate, and strategize. By the end of our program, you'll be well on your way to earning your first karate rank, with a touch of ninja flair.

Scientists In Training (Monday)

Take a dash of engineering and a sprinkle of earth science, toss it together with some fun and games, and you have this STEAM-based program. Scientists will explore the different worlds of science through take-home creations.

Fairy Tales & Friends (Tuesday)

Twirl and whirl as we ignite your imagination through enchanted stories and classic tales about regal characters, mythical creatures, and heroes, big and small. With energetic games, cooperative play, art, and activities to bring sparkleto your day, we will capture the essence of once upon a time.

Spring Fun STEM (Wednesday)

Come breeze into spring with Mad Science! We will learn about flowers that bloom, worms that wiggle, butterflies and birds that flutter, wind that blows, and ocean waves, too! Students will also gain an understanding of their senses, all while having a blast doing hands-on science! In every class, students will receive specially designed take-home activities to help extend learning at home!

Little Learners Yoga (Wednesday)

Join Lindsay Fletcher for this fun and engaging class designed especially for preschool students. Enjoy learning active yoga songs, age-appropriate games, and partner poses while developing strength, balance, and flexibility. Yogis will practice mindfulness activities, breathwork, and relaxation techniques.

Multi Sports Club (Thursday)

Sports Network will be running various sports every week, allowing participants to learn new sports or play one of their favorite sports on the Ridgefield Academy/Landmark Preschool campus. Coaches will provide a short sport introduction and coaching practice before playing in small-sided scrimmages (sport-dependent). We aim for children to enjoy as much play time as possible as they experiment with new sports. Our staff will strive to provide the best experience for each player while allowing the kids to learn in a FUN environment. All equipment required for each sport will be provided weekly.

Disney Dance Craft (Thursday)

Led by Ridgefield's Conservatory of Dance Executive Director, Amy Piantaggini, children will embark on a Disney adventure with play-based movement exploration, captivating Disney stories, enchanting music, and hands-on crafts and games tailored to each week's Disney theme. It's a joyous opportunity for little ones to immerse themselves in the wonders of imagination and creativity while dancing to their favorite Disney songs. Join the fun and let the magic unfold week after week!

Super Soccer Stars (Friday)

Our youth soccer program offers a fun, positive, and noncompetitive environment where children will learn the fundamentals of soccer. Our coaches use positive reinforcement to teach skills, while building confidence. These classes will start with a warm-up, continue with skill building, and end with a small-sided scrimmage match.
