Ridgefield Academy is a private co-ed day school in Ridgefield, CT educating students in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Our Landmark Preschools have programs for children ages one through five on three campuses - Ridgefield, Westport, CT, and Bedford, NY. RA/LP offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. Faculty and staff attend both local and national conferences. Do you coach athletics, teach yoga, or bake in your spare time? Are you involved in a theater or arts program? RA/LP faculty and staff are encouraged to bring their talents and interests to the community. Faculty and staff have opportunities for additional compensation through teaching electives, coaching athletics, leading enrichment clubs, and serving as summer camp counselors.
