About the WordMasters Challenge
The WordMasters Challenge™ is an exercise in critical thinking that encourages students to familiarize themselves with a challenging set of new words, and then use those words to complete analogies that express various logical relationships. Working to solve these analogies helps students develop both analytical and metaphorical thinking skills. Although most vocabulary enrichment programs are designed for high school students, the WordMasters Challenge™ materials are specifically created for students in grades three through eight. They are particularly well-suited for children who enjoy learning new words and solving the logical puzzles posed by analogies.
